In the present writ petition, the challenge is raised to the order dated 17.08.2021 passed by the Tahsildar, without offering any explanation for delay of about three years, caused in filing this petition. 2.

In the circumstances, for the above referred reason and for the reason that, alternate remedy is available, the petition is dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternate remedy.
