DATED : 17-03-2025 Mr. Bhangde, learned Senior Counsel for petitioner has placed on record Pursis Stamp No.1/2024 dtd 20.7.2024, intimating that during the pendency of the petition, petitioner no. 1 has passed away on 27.1.1991 and the petitioner No. 2 on 1.11.2013, on account of which, since the legal heirs have not been brought on record the instant petition stands abated. The above named are the only petitioners in the instant petition. The LRs do not appear to be interested in getting themselves impleaded in place of the petitioners. The demise, of the aforesaid petitioners, is more than several decades ago, in so far as petitioner No. 1 is concerned more than three decades ago and in so far as petitioner No. 2 is concerned it is a decade ago. Considering passage of time and the fact that the LRs have not been brought on record, the petition stands dismissed as abated. All applications are accordingly disposed of.
