By this Petition, the Petitioners have questioned the election of the Respondent No.4- Society, for which the election programme was declared on 30 December 2009. Though certain legal issues were raised, they were in the context of the election, as the order passed by the Election Officer was under challenge and a declaration regarding election programme of dated 30 December 2009 was questioned.
