DATED : 03-01 -202 This Court vide order dated 24-11-2017 has granted interim stay to the effect and operation of the judgment and decree dated 18-2-2017 passed by learned Principal District Judge, Washim in Regular Civil Appeal No. 57/2007.

The interim stay continued for six years. I do not find any reason why should interim relief be not confirmed and accordingly it stands confirmed. The civil application is disposed of.

The Registry to process the second appeal for final hearing in accordance with rules.
