DATED : 05-03-2019 Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition contending that on the earlier date though by passage of time petition was found render to be infructuous, was adjourned for today on the request of petitioner's counsel, as it was mentioned that few legal submissions are to be made. Learned Counsel for petitioner today, however, submits that having considering the law laid down by the Division Bench of this Court in Sumit and Ors. v. Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-1, Nagpur City and Ors. in Criminal Writ Petition Nos.1002, 1006 and 1249/2017, no more submissions are required to be advanced.

In that view of the matter, leave as prayed is allowed. Petition is disposed of as dismissed as allowed to be withdrawn.
