DATE : 17.02.2015 Heard Shri D.L. Chauhan, the learned Advocate for the applicant and Mrs. B.P. Maldhure, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent nos.5 and 6. The grievance made by the applicant in the review application is nothing but reiteration of the submissions made at the time of hearing of the writ petition. The applicant has not been able to point out any error apparent on the face of the record on the basis of which the judgment passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1089/2007 on 3.12.2014 can be reviewed. However, there appears to be an error which has occurred due to inadvertence in the last sentence of paragraph no.8 of the judgment. In the last sentence of paragraph no.8 of the judgment instead of "Shri Sonare" it should be "Mrs. Asha Prakashrao Jade".

With the above clarification, the review application is dismissed.
