After considering material available in chargesheet against the applicant and when the Court expressed its opinion that the Court is rejecting the application, learned senior counsel Shri Anil Mardikar for the applicant, on instructions from local counsel, submitted that he wishes to withdraw the application.

The criminal application is rejected as withdrawn.
