By the present application, the applicants are seeking to condone the delay of 25 days caused in preferring the revision application. The applicants have put forth a plea that applicant no.1 was not well and further because of Diwali Holidays, she could not prefer the application in time. Counsel for non applicant has opposed the application on the ground that the delay is not properly explained. During the course of arguments, it was pointed out that there is apparent error in judgment as regards employment of applicant no.1 in HDFC Bank. The applicant no.1 states that she was never in employment with HDFC Bank. This error appears to have occurred because of misconception. Considering nature of dispute and the error which would affect the rights of the applicants, it will be appropriate to decide review application on merit and for that delay will have to be condoned.

Accordingly, delay stands condoned. Review application be registered and processed, in accordance with rules. (Anil L. Pansare, J.) kahale
