Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties.

Looking to the acquittal of the applicant for the substantive offences under Sections 363, 366, 452 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and looking to the age of girl bordering 18 years as on the date of the offence and further fact that the applicant is in jail since 04-01-2014, I am inclined to make the following order.

Order A] Criminal Application (APPA) No.5 of 2015 is allowed.

B] Bail as in lower Court.

C] The applicant shall not enter the boundaries of village Mangali and to attend the Police Station Warora on every last Sunday of month between 11.00 am to 04.00 pm.
