We deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing the respondent - Collector, Yavatmal for whom the learned A.G.P. has waived notice, to decide the representation at Annexure - E, which was sent by Register Post A.D. as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two months from the date of production of this order.

The Collector, Yavatmal shall be sensitive to the scheme effected in the Government Resolution dated 28.06.2017 which is produced at Annexure-E to the petition.

With these directions, the petition stands disposed of. No costs.
