Heard Advocate Shri Rohit Joshi for the applicant. He has submitted that owner of generator is released on bail by the trial Court. Shri Damle, learned APP has submitted that recovery of generator and vehicle is necessary. The learned trial Court has released the owner of generator. Therefore, custodial interrogation of applicant is not necessary. Learned APP has strongly objected the application. Ad-interim anticipatory bail granted on 04.01.2019.
