This is an application for condonation of 406 days' delay in filing second appeal.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

He points out from the application that in paragraph No.2 sufficient cause has been shown for causing delay in filing the second appeal. It is submitted that the delay is of short period and therefore, this Court may adopt liberal approach.

In view of the reasons stated in the application and the documents in respect of the ailment filed along with the application and though the non-applicant No.2 was served, none appears for the non-applicant No.2, opposing the application, the application is allowed. The delay caused in filing second appeal is condoned.
