Heard learned advocate for the petitioner.

The petitioner alleges contempt of the order dated 13.06.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.492 of 2018. By the said order, this Court has taken into consideration para noS. 3 to 7 of afdavit-in-reply fled on behalf of the respondents and disposed of the writ petition observing that "In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents, we do not fnd that any other order can be passed in this matter. The aforesaid stand is accepted and the petition is

17 CP-92-2020 dismissed".

The petitioner's grievance is that though it is contended in the afdavit-in-reply that the things asked by the petitioner were provided to him, in fact they were not provided. 4.

After hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner, we fnd that no case is made out by the petitioner to invoke the contempt jurisdiction. Contempt petition is devoid of any substance and the same is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court as and when occasion arises.
