Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

It is the case of the petitioners that they have preferred an appeal before the Waqf Tribunal. However, since there was no provision for grant of interim relief at the relevant time, they could not file such an application. 3.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, now the provision has been diluted and the Tribunal has been conferred with the power of grant interim relief. 4.

In view thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file an application for stay before the Waqf Tribunal.

A permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

We direct the Tribunal to consider the request of the nd.thawre
