01] The Petitioner has filed Pursis bearing Stamp No. 4/2020 stating that during the pendency of the petition, Respondent No.3 vide communication dated 28.07.2020, informed the Petitioner that as per the Staffing Pattern granted by the Education Officer, she cannot be declared as a surplus teacher.

02] In view of the said communication, the prayer does not survive. Hence, the petition is disposed of.
