Perused the application. The reasons given in the application for seeking transfer of Pune case to Nagpur Court are quite convincing. The applicant stated that she has no means of livelihood. She is also taking care of a young child of 2 years. On the other hand, the respondent/husband is residing at Pune and has a stable job. The litigation should thus go to Nagpur Court. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i).
