The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already been released on bail by the trial Court. He, the learned APP and the learned counsel for respondent no.2 are ad-idem that all were under the impression that this application was allowed to be withdrawn by this Court on 24.01.2023 and that liberty was granted to the applicant to approach the trial Court afresh once the charge-sheet is filed. However the order dated 24.01.2023 does not reflect so. Be that as it may, since the applicant has already been released on bail, nothing survives to be decided in this Application and as such disposed of. [ANIL L.
