The applicants moved an application to permit them to amend the petition. The other side has formally objected to the same. However, considering the reasons stated in the application and the fact that the matter has yet to be admitted, we deem it appropriate to allow the application.

The application is allowed as prayed.

The petitioners are directed to carry out the amendment by 23.01.2025 and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side within a week. 2.

Mr. R. L. Khapre, the learned Senior Advocate for the intervenor, submitted that the intervenor does not want to file a written reply to the amended petition. However, he
