In view of the subsequent event, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the notification dated 28th August, 2019, issued after amendment to the provisions of Section 10-A of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
