The Advocate for the appellants has filed Pursis Stamp No.9575/2016 stating that the present appeal can be disposed in terms of the judgment given in First Appeal No.1263/2009 and other connected matters on 26th July, 2012. The learned Advocate for the respondent No.3 and the learned A.G.P. for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 have not disputed this fact.

The appeal is disposed in terms of the judgment given in First Appeal No.1263/2009 and other connected matters on 26th July, 2012. It is held that the appellants - claimants are entitled for compensation at the rate of Rs.1,35,000/- per hector with all statutory benefits. The amount already paid to the appellants - claimants shall

2 fa1074.10 be deducted from the amount payable to the appellants - claimants as per this judgment. The appeal is allowed in the above terms. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
