2. Present application is for appropriate directions to the appellant. The application is supported with the communication by the Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition to the Executive Engineer, by which the Executive Engineer is already directed to deposit the amount.

3. In view of that, the appellant is directed to deposit the amount before the learned Reference Court within a period of six weeks.

4. On depositing the amount, respondent No.1 is at liberty to withdraw the same on due identification and verification along with accrued interest.

5. The reference Court shall disburse the amount along with accrued interest to respondent No.1.

Civil Application is disposed of.
