Prayer is to grant stay to the execution proceedings as the applicant desires to challenge the order dated 17.12.2014. It is submitted that on 25.09.2014 ad interim stay had been granted in favour of the applicant. The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent on the ground that the application for condonation of delay is already dismissed.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in possession, proceedings in R. D. No. 8 of 2014 are stayed for a period of six weeks from today. After expiry of said period the non applicant will be free to execute the decree. Civil application stands disposed of.
