The grievance of the petitioner raised in the present petition was in respect of giving community wise name to the Samaj Bhavans constructed by the respondent no. 1, Nagpur Improvement Trust.
The perusal of the reply filed by respondent no. 1, Nagpur Improvement Trust shows that a statement is made that the Nagpur Improvement Trust will take all necessary precautions and care that if any Samaj Bhavan is constructed, the same should not be given name of any particular community or will not be allotted to any Sanstha without following the rules and regulations. It further states that respondent no. 1 will not give name to any of the Samaj Bhavan henceforth to be constructed for any community or the Samaj Bhavan will not be named in the name of any particular community. In view of this categorical statement of respondent no. 1, the purpose of approaching this .....2/-
