DATE : JUNE 17, 2016 While issuing notice to the respondents, this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit the arrears of rent within a period of four weeks. Though a period of more than one year has lapsed this direction has not been complied with. Shri C. A. Joshi, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not responding to his communications.

In view of aforesaid it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. The same is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution. No costs. JUDGE Asmita
