Present application is filed for transfer of Special Marriage Petition No.41/2023 from the Court of District Judge, Chandrapur to Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Nagpur.

In spite of service, respondent is remain absent. 3.
The marriage of applicant and respondent registered on 12.03.2021 under the Special Marriage Act, 1954. Due to the personal difficulties, the applicant is not residing at her matrimonial house. The respondent has filed a proceedings under the provisions of Special Marriage Act, 1954 for Restitution of Conjugal Rights bearing Special Marriage Petition No.41/2023, before the learned District Judge, Chandrapur.

It is the contention of the applicant that respondent is residing at Nagpur and the applicant is also presently residing at Nagpur. Considering the convenience of the applicant, the application is allowed. 5.
The Special Marriage Petition No.41/2023, pending on the file of learned District Judge, Chandrapur is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Nagpur.

The learned Principal District Judge, Chandrapur to facilitate the transfer proceeding.

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
