We have perused the reports submitted by the Superintendent, Morshi Open Prison.

The petitioner convict lodged in Morshi Open Prison has sought transfer to Paithan Open Prison. 4.

The petitioner has already completed nine years of his imprisonment and it is informed that his family is presently staying nearby Paithan Open Prison. In such an eventuality since there appears to be no specific objection by the respondents, we deem it appropriate to allow the petition. We hereby direct transfer of the petitioner from Morshi Open Prison to Paithan Open Prison.
