Learned counsels before the Court are ad-idem that the judgment and order of this Court in First Appeal No. 1013/2017 pronounced on 21-6-2023 has attained finality.

In view of the above, the respondent no. 1 - original claimant is permitted to withdraw the entire enhanced amount of compensation of Rs. 93,73,392/- along with interest accrued thereon after proper verification.
