DATED : 18- 4Learned counsel for the petitioners - tenants, Mr. Sawal states, on instructions, that if the landlord has no objection to permit the tenants to occupy the tenanted block till 31-12-2022, this petition shall not be pressed.

Learned counsel, Mr. Gilda states that subject to the tenants making the payment of rent regularly and further subject to the tenants' filing in this Court the usual undertaking, the decree of possession shall not be executed till 31-12-2022.

In view of the bilateral undertaking, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The tenants shall file an undertaking before this Court within the next two weeks.
