DATED : 24/01/2023 Civil Application (CAF) No.1412/2019 Mr. Verma, learned Advocate submitted that the entire compensation amount is already deposited and this application is for stay to the implementation, effect and operation of the judgment and award passed by the learned Commissioner under Employees' Compensation Act.

As the amount is already deposited and in view of the same, the judgment and award passed by the learned Commissioner under Employees' Compensation Act, is stayed till final disposal of the appeal. Civil Application is disposed of.
