By this application, the applicant has sought for condonation of delay of 259 days in challenging the judgment and award dated 06.01.2017 passed in Claim Petition No. 865/2005.

I have perused the records and considered the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the respective parties. The reasons stated in the application in para 2 and 3, in my considered view constitute sufficient grounds for condonation of delay.
