O R D E R

(Passed on 17thMarch, 2019) The Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Chandrapur and respondent/claimant are present. The parties have willingly and amicably settled the dispute. Both the parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form "H". Terms of compromise are read over and recorded. In view of compromise, Award is passed. The appellant shall pay enhance compensation at the rate of Rs.2,99,200/- per hectare with accrued interest and statutory benefits within six months from the date of award, before the reference Court.

The respondent/claimant shall be entitled to withdraw amount of compensation along with accrued interest, after deducting the amount, if any, already withdrawn, as per orders of the Court.

The appeal is disposed of.

Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant as per rules. Excess amount, if any, remained after disbursement of settled amount, be refunded to the V.I.D.C./State Government.
