It appears that the order of this Court by which the suit was made time bound was neither marked by the ministerial staff of the Court nor was order brought to the notice of the trial Court and, therefore, the suit could not be decided as directed by this Court. Learned Judge of the trial Court shall report the matter to the Principal District Judge, who shall take necessary action in this regard.

For the reasons set out in the letter, time to decide Regular Civil Suit No. 143/1997 is extended by six months as prayed for, as a last chance.
