The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing First Appeal.

In spite of service, none presents for the respondents. 4.

There is delay of 176 days in filing First Appeal. The applicant no. 1 is widow of Shri Vinayak S/o. Vithoba Nandeshwar who expired in motor accident on 02/08/2010, therefore, she could not file the appeal due to financial difficulties and could not make sufficient arrangement for the Court fees. As such, delay of 176 days in filing First Appeal has been caused.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that there is justifiable reason to condone the delay. As such, the application is allowed.
