Heard Shri Mandpe, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Khubalkar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The petitioner, who contested election and won, has challenged the caste certificate issued to Respondent No. 4.

The learned AGP states that Respondent No.

4 has been given validity in the meanwhile.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw the petition to raise appropriate challenges to said validity.

In view of these developments, we grant the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Keeping all rival contentions open and with liberty, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
