DATED : 10-11-2017 The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms. Trupti Udeshi states that she is informed by Police Station Majari, Tahsil Bhadrawati, District Chandrapur that the appellant/accused Bhimrao Tukaram Wankhede expired on 16-3-2005.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the police has forwarded a copy of the death certificate and she seeks permission to place the same on record.

The death certificate is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The appeal is disposed of as abated.
