DATE : 13 th MARCH, 2015 Applicant was not present when the matter was called out on 27th February, 2015. However, in order to give one more opportunity the matter was adjourned to today. It was made clear that if the applicant does not appear on the next date, we would decide the application in absence of the parties. We have perused the order of which review is sought. By way of the present application the applicant seeks to implead certain respondents and then review the order passed by this court in P.I.L. No. 1/2013.

In the review jurisdiction such a course i.e. to implead the parties which were not the parties in the main petition and then decide the review would not be permissible. Hence, the application stands rejected.
