Heard Mr. Dable, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Khan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the non applicant-State. Also, perused the entire charge-sheet. After hearing both the learned counsel, when the Court was about to dismiss the application, Mr. Dable, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has instructions from the applicant to withdraw the application. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
