Learned counsel for applicant makes a statement that applicant has surrendered on 15.01.2025. 3.

Applicant is convicted under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and is sentenced to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for three years. Applicant was on bail during the trial and he has not misused the facility of bail. Since the sentence imposed on the applicant is a short term sentence, application is allowed, applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
