Appellants who are original accused Nos.1 and 3 are hereby acquitted of the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Fine, if paid, be refunded to the appellants. The Muddemal property shall be disposed of in

The appellants be set at liberty forthwith, if not required in another case."
