This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal. The applicant is the original claimant and he is dissatisfied with the determination of the price of his land, therefore, he approached to this Court by filing the appeal. There is a delay of 583 days. The notices on this application were issued. The non-applicants are served. They are represented by Shri M.A. Kadu, learned Additional Government Pleader. No reply is filed. Thus, the statement made on oath have remained uncontroverted.

After hearing the learned counsel Shri Sadavarte and after having gone through the contents of the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay. Hence, I pass the following order.

1. The application is allowed.

2. Delay stands condoned with the observation that the appellant will not claim the interest for the delayed period.
