The appellant-Insurer had deposited the entire amount of compensation on 08.03.2019 in the Court in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 21.01.2019. 2.

Initially, the conditional stay order was granted subject to depositing the compensation amount within stipulated period. Since the amount is deposited, the earlier stay to the execxution and implementation of the order passed in M.A.C.P. No. 192 of 2009 shall continue till the final disposal of the appeal.

The Civil Application stands disposed accordingly.

2 CAF873.18 FIRST APPEAL NO. 343 OF 2019 This Court vide order dated 07.10.2019 has clarified that if, appellant fails to produce paper book, then on the basis of the papers available on record, the appeal will be decided. Till date, the appellant has not filed paper book nor his presence today.

The appeal is fixed for final hearing on 04.12.2012.
