JUNE 24, 2024 The learned Counsel for the applicants/ petitioners has restricted his prayer to the extent of deletion of name of respondent no.8. He submits that respondent no.8 had expired prior to filing of petition, but the petitioners were not aware of the said fact. They came to know subsequently. Accordingly, they seek permission to delete the name of respondent no.8. 2] Permission is granted. The name of respondent no.8 be deleted at the risk of the petitioners. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. Amended copy be served on other side.
