This petition fichallenges the order dated 06.07.2018, thereby disqualifying the Petitioner from being member of Village Panfichayat, Thilori. The Petitioner was eleficted in general elefictions of the Village Panfichayat, Thilori held on 22.04.2015 and the term of the Village Panfichayat is over.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that the elefictions are already held in the month of January, 2021.

In that view of the matter, due to passage of time, the present petition has beficome infrufictuous and the same is disposed of.
