There is delay of 112 days in preferring an appeal against the judgment of the Claims Tribunal. Office has taken objection about non-deposit of mandatory amount of Rs.25,000/-. However, the appellant is having receipt, it can be shown to the office. Subject to that, issue notice to the respondents returnable after twelve weeks.
