In these two applications, Shri S.S. Shingane, learned counsel is appearing. The non-applicant / State is represented by Ms. Mayuri Deshmukh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also the reply filed on behalf of the prosecuting agency, when the Court has expressed its view that the Court is going to dismiss both these applications, Shri S.S. Shingane, learned counsel submits that then in that event, permission be given to the applicants to withdraw both the applications.
