Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 04 January 2021 disqualifying the Petitioner from participating in the tender process on the ground that its technical bid was not accepted.

The Respondents have placed on record that the tender process is completed and work order is also issued. Affidavit-inreply is filed on 18 January 2021. In light of this development the challenge of the Petitioner of not being allowed to participate in the current tender process is rendered academic. KOLHE

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that on this ground, for the tender process of next year, the Respondents may stop the Petitioner from participating on the ground that it is disqualified.

Since the next tender process would be initiate after lapse of one year and that the tender process of this year is already over, we dispose of this Writ Petition keeping the contentions of the Petitioner regarding the disqualification by the impugned order open in case the same ground is put forth the against the Petitioner in the subsequent tender process.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
