By this application, the applicant is seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount while granting bail this Court has directed the present applicant to deposit an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- before this Court. Accordingly, he has deposited the said amount before this Court. The applicant has deposited Rs.13,00,000/- against the undertaking given by him before this Court. Now, the trial is already disposed of and he is acquitted. Though, the complainant is served with notice. None appeared for the complainant.

In view of the ground mentioned in the application and receipt also annexed with the application which shows that the present applicant has deposited the amount before this Court. Now, the trial is also concluded and the applicant is acquitted. In view of that, he is entitled

appp18.25.O.odt to receive the amount of Rs.13,23,500/-. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order:

The amount of Rs.13,23,500/- along with accrued interest, if any, be disbursed to him on due identification and verification.
