In view of the reasons stated in paragraph 5 of the application, the application is allowed. Presence of the applicant/respondent No.1 for verification is dispensed with. Registry is directed to remit the balance amount along with the accrued interest in the bank account of applicant/respondent No.1 - Subhash Mahadeo Pardhe.
