DATE : 21st APRIL, 2022 This is an application filed by the original respondent seeking permission to withdraw the amount lying in this Court. It is pointed out that the said amount was deposited by the original petitioner during pendency of the writ petition in this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant i.e. the original petitioner has no specific objection to the prayer made in the application.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, the prayer made in the application appears to be justified. Hence, the application is allowed and it is directed that the amount deposited before this Court by the original petitioner i.e. Rs.29,500/- along with interest, if any shall be disbursed in favour of the original respondent i.e. the applicant in this application.
