The applicant was arrested on 26.11.2015 in Crime No.334/2015 registered with Police Station, Paratwada, Tq. Achalpur, Dist. Amravati. Looking to the nature of offence, in my opinion, further detention of the applicant in jail is not necessary. That being so, I make the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.2/2016 is allowed.

(ii) The applicant-Anil Ambadas Ratnaparkhi, is directed to be released on bail in Crime No.334/2015 registered with Police Station, Paratwada, Tq. Achalpur, Dist. Amravati for an offence punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the

ba2.16 IPC on he executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount. (iii) Applicant shall attend Police Station, Paratwada, Tq. Achalpur, Dist. Amravati as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.
